Land Development Projects
Land development projects have unique coordination considerations, from addressing local planning departments' requirements to strategically thinking through the most efficient way to layout the parcels to maximize use and minimize cost. The people at SCS Corp. have years of experience providing management, monitoring, and/or representation services on land development projects. This experience allows us to provide total development feasibility estimates based on the parcel of land being developed.
Medical Projects
Medical projects pose a unique set of challenges. Starting with Pre-construction Risk Assessment - Infection Control Risk Assessment (PCRA/ICRA) and the necessity for Interm Life Safety Measures (ILSM) while working within operational facilities. SCS Corp. and our partners have extensive experience providing design assistance, budgeting, management, monitoring, and/or representation services on complex medical construction projects, including surgical centers, MRI and CT installation, US800 Clean Room upgrades, and MOB tenant construction.
