“Every project Matthew has assisted us with is better because of his involvement and is due to his vast experience, innate curiosity, and acute common sense. You will not be disappointed if you select Matthew to guide you through your next construction project.”

Mike Burns

Regional President Alpine Bank

“Matthew and I have worked together on projects for the last six years and, in my opinion, he is one of the best project managers and construction minds out there. We have taken on very technical projects in the healthcare environment and dealt with large scale residential developments.
Matthew’s depth of experience in the construction industry shows through in his approach to technical, personal, and business issues that show up on every project. His management skills, coupled with his “hands-on” experience and understanding, all come together to make him a competent consultant and manager.
He is one of my go-to resources and a sounding board for issues when they come up.
I would highly recommend Matthew as a consultant or construction project manager for every type of project on any day.”

Ben Davidson

President, Davidson Consulting Services & Meridium Healthcare Construction

“In 2016, my wife and I purchased a yet-to-be-constructed townhouse in Durango, Colorado. Supervising the construction process was Matthew Snyder. Our initial meeting & discussion left us feeling that Matthew was extremely knowledgeable about the construction process. With blueprints in hand, he explained how he would be able to accommodate some of the interior modifications. During the construction process, he communicated with us regularly, and he was available whenever we had questions. In the final analysis, we found Matthew to be professional, extremely knowledgeable, and overall very helpful. Once completed, our townhouse met our every expectation. We would gladly welcome the opportunity to work with Matthew again.”
