Matthew Snyder, PMP

The president and day to day point of contact for SCS Corp is Matthew Snyder. Matthew is a highly accomplished, dynamic, and conscientious construction professional with a record of improving project performance through analysis, issue resolution, and solution implementation. With over 30 years of experience in high-performance facilities planning, design, construction, sustainable building, and operations, Matthew is committed to providing exceptional management services by providing a high level of guidance to the project team and creating an environment of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
He has provided management on a wide range of projects, including land development, high-end residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, water treatment, and wastewater treatment, with a value of up to 380 million dollars. Through SCS Corp, he has provided Owners Representation and Operations Management services on the high-end residential and commercial development of Trimble Crossing in Durango, CO, and as the Owners Representative for Alpine Bank on both their Durango and Montrose Bank expansions, as well as providing Project/Construction Management-Agent services for technical work on projects at Centura Health facilities including several USP800 clean-room upgrades in the Pharmacy, Medical Oncology and Nuclear Medicine, CT installations, MRI installations, and a complicated double MRI swap project. Matthew also provides risk assessment, budget review, client support, ongoing monthly project inspections/payment application reviews for Alpine Bank, First Western Trust, and other financial institutions.
He served as the Commercial Manager on the Global Foundries semiconductor facility. He managed a team responsible for the RFP/RFQ process, insurance, cost control, and budget reporting. The College for Nanoscale Science and Engineering is a higher-education institution that focuses on cutting-edge research and development for the biological, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and medical industries. He served as a Cost Engineer, Procurement Manager, and Construction Manager on several cleanroom & research lab projects and ground-up building construction. These projects ranged in value from several hundred thousand up to 175 million.

Matthew has a degree in Civil Engineering and has obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) accreditation. The PMP is the highest level of certification available to project managers. He engages in regular professional development training and conferences to stay updated on current innovations and trends in the field. Matthew's education, combined with his years of experience, allows him to bring an unparalleled perspective to the table that maximizes the probability of meeting and exceeding project expectations.
